Using .eps files in MiKTeX/TeXworks

Hello,

In a previous version of MiKTeX that I used, selecting the profile
DVI->PS->PDF was easy, and enabled me to use .eps files for figures.

I have just installed MiKTeX after an upgrade to Windows 7, and the new
version does not have anything in the Typeset options that I believe
will allow me to incorporate .eps files. I have wandered through the
help pages for TeXworks and for MiKTeX, but cannot see anything that
will help me.

Would someone please point me in the right direction?

 Bill
