Re: Miktex 2.9, Win 7: installing packages fails

Well, I've uninstalled and reinstalled in different directories, doesn't
help.  Now I've given up, installed the complete Miktex.  I can't update,
or uninstall unwanted packages, but too bad.

Everything works fine on my other Win7 machine.  Maybe there's something
wrong with the installation of Win 7 on this machine; that's suggested by
the error message saying I'm not an administrator when in fact I am.  One
day I'll take the time to reinstall Win 7.
