Failed installation of MikTeX

Hi all, I downloaded the MikTex package from their site (version 2.9.5105). The installation fails repeatedly (I had the same with a previous version 2.9.4813). The attached jpg-file shows both the screen message and the last part of the logfile. Does anyone have any idea on why this fails? And more importantly, how I can avoid this problem. I am using Windows 7, Home Premium with Service Pack 1.
