The cm-super-fonts are missing. So either you didn't install them
at all or the map-file hasn't been activated correctly -- perhaps you
have local map files. In this case run (as user)

  updmap

in a command window.

Don't use the -Ppdf switch with documents which load bitmap/type3
fonts.

But using dvips will not solve the problem: If the cm-super fonts are
not correctly installed/activated neither dvips nor pdflatex nor
dvipdfmx  will be able to use them.
