Somewhere in the description of the miktex-biber package "biblatex
1.5" is mentioned. But this is simply an typo. The current biber in
32bit-Miktex (no idea if biber is now in 64bit-miktex) is 1.8. and
biblatex is 2.8. and it if you got all updates (as user and as
admin) it should work fine out of the box. 

Make a minimal example that demonstrates your problem and show the
log-file and the blg-file.
