Isn't this great? TeX was designed to typeset math papers/books, and it
does this perfectly (actually, it has been doing this perfectly starting
from the very first version and plain TeX; recent changes make it worse as
they give more freedom to the editors). Anyway, the programers' motto is
"if it works, don't change anything"! Hence, why to change?
