Well I would like miktex to change and to include a xindy package
http://sourceforge.net/p/miktex/feature-requests/319/

I also would like miktex to keep up-to-date with the luatex
development - to keep in sync with the luaotfload development. One
already gets a warning in miktex: Module luaotfload-main warning:
LuaTeX v0.76 is old, v0.79 or later is recommend 

And I would like miktex to update and correct tex4ht.
