Meanwhile this weekend I'll try to install linux and TeXLive2014 this

There are the links. Meanwhile in the portable version I erased and
updated the path to biber and now works fine.

I linked the log file of the document of my thesis, the MWEs sometimes
run fine, but the preamble and that log are where I have troubles.
