The log-file shows that all packages that you did install as user (probably through on-the-fly) are outdated. Open the "update manager" in your user account and update. Don't confuse the "update manager" and the "update manager (admin)". You need the first to update user packages. Don't switch to an admin account. You can't update user packages from there.
