This was not an error but only a (harmless) warning and a mere
nuisance. It shouldn't affect the compilation.

Try out dvipdfmx instead of dvipdfm. 

Beside this you will have to give more informations. Without a way
to reproduce the problem it is difficult to help you. 
E.g. you don't mention if you have the problem only with a specific
document or if others are affected too.
