Permissions to install packages for non-admin users

I installed miktek in my lab for assistants to use. We keep hitting snags
because users are not administrators. I constantly have to run in and
install packages. Can there be a fix for this? Either do like R so nonadmin
users have easy avenues to install in private space or create way for me to
allow all users to have packages downloaded without admin account.
