Thank you for the help over placing cls and bst files in Miktex 2.9/WinEdt 8/Windows 7. I see that I also have a template.synctex which is described as a TeX-PDF Synchronization file. I should appreciate knowing where to put this in my various trees within my C:\localtexfm folder.
