Problem installing beamer package

Hello everybody, I am trying to install the beamer package but the following message (traduced from Spanish) is: "An error has occurred during trying to connect due to the connected part did not answer right after a period of time or an error in the established connection due to the connected host has not been able to answer" I do not have connection issues (I can navigate on the internet) At the end of this mail I sent you the whole message.
