Missing interface translation languages in miktex-texworks

Using miktex texworks version (windows 8.1, x64), under
Edit->Preferences->General tab, Interface -> Locale just offers 
"English" and "System Deafult [Catalan]",
while texworks interface has been translated to more than twenty 
languages which are offered from same
menu. Are these languages files missing from my system?  Is it a known 
miktex-texworks limitation?
