Bug in `ltluatex.tex'?

Hi all,

I just updated the packages in MiKTeX and the error message

<to be read again> 
\relax 
l.140 \newcatcodetable\catcodetable@initex
-----

which line is in the `ltluatex.tex' when running LuaTeX on the MWE

% ----- minimal example -----
\documentclass{minimal}
    \usepackage{fontspec}
\begin{document}
    test
\end{document}
% ---------------------------

Can somebody confirm this? Then I would write a bug report.
(When commenting `fontspec' everything works fine.)
