Sorry but how should we know if you only sent snippets and no
log-file?

these here compiles fine for me:

\documentclass{article}
\usepackage[T1]{fontenc}
\usepackage[utf8]{inputenc}
\usepackage[english,slovene]{babel}%

\end{document}
