size of toolbar icons

I installed miktex 2.9.5997 under the windows 10 operating system on
an acer aspire v 17 laptop (display resolution is 3840 x 2160) . The icons
in the toolbar of the emacs editor window are too small.  Does anyone know
how to increase the size of the toolbar icons?
