In november quite a number of packages have been reorganized. You
are probably missing the new ones. 

Go to the package manager, synchronize and then check for new
packages.

other.". 

If you want to report a bug you should go to the bug tracker of
miktex https://sourceforge.net/p/miktex/bugs/?source=navbar

(Btw: Miktex works fine for me).
