Failed install

Thanks for all suggestions but I still cannot install MikTeX2.9 for a single user (myself, Maurizio) with no admin privileges under Win10. 

I had MikTeX installed (under admin) working perfectly but now, for reasons beyond my control, I need to have a clean MikTeX install as a single user (no admin privileges). 

Thus I had MikTeX unistalled and I am now trying to install again only for me (under my user name).
At the end I get:
