Identification is one thing, but without a tex file that can be run,
it's essentially impossible to debug. As David implies, it's not like we
can guess at all the parameters, fonts, etc., causing the problem.

It doesn't have to be truly minimal, although of course the smaller the
better. What's crucial is to have something that Thanh can run to
reproduce the problem. --thanks, karl.
