texdoc path

While playing around with different TEXMF-Trees, I found that
the script "texdoc" first searches for specific filename-endings and
later for the correct tex-tree.
This may lead to the showing of an outdated documentation.

E.g, I might have an old "scrguide.dvi" in texmf-dist and a newer
"scrguide.pdf" in texmf-local.
I think, a new release of teTeX might be a good occasion to fix this.

Best greetings + thanks for the work on teTeX,
  Michael Schindler
