I don't know what Hans is doing there. Still, we need the entry for
contnav, so I have added
  fonts/map/dvips/tetex/contnav.map
with

  % Thomas Esser, 2004, public domain.
  contnav ContextNavigation <contnav.pfb

and adjusted my updmap.cfg file.

That file is not even a real text file on UNIX, because there is no eol
in it. Some versions of sed are very unhappy with such lines...

Well, I distribute these files, because Hans might have some dependency
on them in any of his macro packages. I don't really know, so I just
distribute these files. On the other hand, I don't see any reason to
add some such file to the updmap configuration.
