Hi,

I've updated the xdvik subdirectory another time with the
following changes:

- Don't save the shrink factor to the preferences file any more,
  since it may also affect the window geometry at startup

- Added a `noUserFile' X resource corresponding to the `-q'
  option to inhibit reading/writing of $HOME/.xdvirc

- Fixed a bug with Xaw file selector auto raising that could
  send the server into a busy loop if the file selector was
  over windows that should stay on top

- Removed t1mapper man page install, and a few other forgotten
  occurrences of t1mapper in Makefile.in
