I am afraid I've been too lazy. I'll fix this, but I am away on a
conference next week, so the next release of dvipng will have to wait
until the week after that. In the mean time, you can just delete these
rows; they are counted as comments in gcc.

There may be another problem for you with void* arithmetic. I'll fix
that too, in time.
