context files in tetex-src (texk/dvipng/...)

Hello,

I just noticed that in the tetex-src tarball of 2.99.6, there are lots
of files below texk/dvipng that seem to belong into the tetex-texmf
tarball (in directories texk/dvipng/context, texk/dvipng/tex,
texk/dvipng/web2c), and which actually *are* there, too. They seem to be
just duplicates. Is this a mistake, or are they necessary?
