readlink

I do not follow teTeX development closely, so forgive me if this is
fixed in current beta version already:

The current teTeX release installs a readlink binary. On newer Linux
systems, the coreutils package already provides a program with the same
name and a superset of teTeX's readlink, which gets *overwritten* by the
teTeX version.

May I suggest that teTeX's configure script checks for an already
existing readlink program and disables installation of teTeX's readlink
if the existing readlink is found to be sufficient?

Cheers,
Uli
