First off, if there's a more appropriate mailing list for this
question, please point me in the right direction.

teTeX formats a list of acronyms like so:
IrDA..... Infrared Data Association	A wireless communication protocol
commonly used by handhelds.

I have two things I'd like to change:

1. The lower case 'r' is typeset as a small-cap and not a lower case
letter. How can I change this?

2. The acronym's expansion and the definition are separated only by
white space. I'd like to separate them by a dash. How can I accomplish
this?

Please cc me in your reply. Thanks!
