The problem is definitly on KDE side. I have the same problem, since I upgraded to KDE 3.4. And I'm using tetex 2.0.2 on SuSe. It was working fine with Kile+KDVI and stopped to work just after upgrading KDE to 3.4. It has nothing to do with tetex. I can still use forward search with xdvi. Here is what kdvi gives: kdvi file:/home/rosenfeld/mestrado/dissertacao/dissertacao.dvi#src:55introducao. tex kdvi (kdegraphics): ERROR: dviRenderer::parseReference( src:55 introducao.tex ) called kdvi: ERROR: GOTOPAGE pg=6, dist=8.66 kdvi (kdegraphics): ERROR: KMultiPage::goto_Page(5, y) called, but widgetList is empty kdvi (kdegraphics): ERROR: O comando especial 'header=psfrag.pro' não está implementado. kdvi (kdegraphics): ERROR: O comando especial 'header=psfrag.pro' não está implementado. Translating, it comes something like: "The special command 'header=psfrag.pro' is not implemented" Regards, Rodrigo.
