 Not what you asked for but here is a perl program outputting
 postscript code for C5 envelopes:

 https://aspodata.se/tmp/PS.kuvert.pl

 Use it like 
 PS.kuvert.pl '100/10 Att. Name;85/10 Company;70/10 Town' > file.ps
 i.e. all text centered,
  first line at 10mm size at y=100m (i.e. above bottom)
  nxt line 10mm sz, y=85mm
 etc.
