Nevermind.  The bug was still in the CVS server in use on cvshome.org 
and will be until CollabNet decides it is time to upgrade.  It broke the 
commit even though it got past my `cvs rm' with 1.12.1.  Last time I 
asked Collab said they would upgrade around April.  Last April.  :)

I deleted texi2html/Tests/nodes_texinfo/--and-hyphenation.html.  Did you 
want me to get the one in Tests/nodes_texinfo_res too?
