The FSF haven't responded yet.
Anyway if it is the first contribution from Martin, it is small enough so
that a copyright assignement isn't needed, but we have to keep track of 
the sum of his contributions.

Yes. I have allready done the work for the @image, the umlaut and verbatim.
I will copy and adapt the things related with the `-toc_links' option 
(renamed in `-toc-links').

I have no objection too. I have allready changed '_' to '-' in option names.
