remove testkb.texi and umlaut.texi from doc subdir

Hi,

I propose removing testkb.texi and umlaut.texi from the doc directory and
put them instead in Tests/formatting.

I have allready added the files in Tests/formatting, I'll do the cvs rm
in doc next time I commit unless somebody disagrees.
