Hi Karl Heinz and others,

I have added a lot to the texi2html manual, and also removed a lot in a new
version for the manual I propose. You can find an online version here:
http://www.geocities.com/patpertusus/texi2html.html
the targz for the manual is here:
http://www.geocities.com/patpertusus/manual.tgz

The version I propose is up to date with the texi2html in CVS. I haven't
committed it because there are so much changes that I would like an
authorization before proceeding. If you like it I would also appreciate a
feedback on it, and also a correction of the english...

Karl Heinz, in your copyright comments at the beginning of the texinfo
files, you used the GPL file licence. I think you should better use the FDL
file licence, the licence which is present in @titlepage and before the
@node Top in info. I haven't changed that in the texi2html.texi file coming
from you as this is something I haven't the right to do, I think that only you
can do that.
