texi2html manual, proposal for a new version

Hi Karl Heinz and others, I have added a lot to the texi2html manual, and also removed a lot in a new version for the manual I propose. You can find an online version here: http://www.geocities.com/patpertusus/texi2html.html the targz for the manual is here: http://www.geocities.com/patpertusus/manual.tgz The version I propose is up to date with the texi2html in CVS. I haven't committed it because there are so much changes that I would like an authorization before proceeding. If you like it I would also appreciate a feedback on it, and also a correction of the english... Karl Heinz, in your copyright comments at the beginning of the texinfo files, you used the GPL file licence. I think you should better use the FDL file licence, the licence which is present in @titlepage and before the @node Top in info. I haven't changed that in the texi2html.texi file coming from you as this is something I haven't the right to do, I think that only you can do that. Pat
