I expanded a lot, but I still have questions.

* You refer to some documentation in NEWS about translation strings format, 
but this documentation isn't allready written...
I would be happy to do it, but I think that first the changes I made in
the manual should be accepted or rejected, such that there isn't unusefull
work done. More reference to the documentation could be done, but it still 
requires an update of the manual.

* should I document the changes I maid in hashes which appeared in the 
texi2html.pl in the last release ? (%style_map, $complex_format_map...).
I just mentionned the changes done in things which were in the texi2html.init
file.
