html normaliser ?

Hi,

In order to ease testing, I would like to have a utility which 
"normalise" html such that 2 normalised files look the same if the
html is to be rendered the same. Does somebody knows about such a tool ?

I found tidy, but tidy does too much, I just want pretty printing, not
correction.
