I have translated texinfo.texi into Simplified Chinese (zh_CN.utf-8), and the preliminary work has been&nbsp;
completed. I have conducted tests on PDF, info, plaintext, and html format outputs. Currently, I am in&nbsp;
the midst of proofreading, which is half-done and expected to be fully completed within two months.


I would like to contribute my work to GNU for free, retaining only the attribution. Would you accept it?
