texinfo 4.6.94 pretest available

Hello Texinfo friends,

I've released another (final?) pretest, version 4.6.94, for the next Texinfo
version to (gzip):

The changes from the last pretest are simply some portability fixes in
info/signals.c for the Sun C compiler.  Hopefully nothing broke.

If no notable bugs are reported, this will become 4.7.  No more
changes are planned.

Please test if time and inclination, and of course report any problems,
preferably to [email protected].
