texinfo 4.7.93 pretest available

Hello Texinfo friends,

Since there was a new automake release, I made one more pretest, texinfo
4.7.93.

Also updated texinfo.dtd for the XML output, and docbook image tags look
for more formats.

This will become 4.8 unless severe problems are reported.  So please
test if you can, and report problems to [email protected].
