texinfo 4.2a pretest available

Hello Texinfo friends,

I've released texinfo pretest 4.2a to:

NEWS is below, such as it is.  This release is intended to be for bug
fixes.  If there are significant bugs you would like to see addressed in
this release, please let me know -- even if they've already been
reported.  (I have a couple hundred outstanding bug reports, so any
feedback will help me prioritize.)

Please email me or the list ([email protected]) with questions
or problems.  Do not email the regular texinfo lists, they should remain
for official releases.
