Font too small

Dear All,

I'm using texpower and tpslifonts packages as showed below,

    \documentclass[12pt,landscape]{article}
    \usepackage{soul}
    \usepackage{color}
    \usepackage{fancybox}
    \usepackage{hyperref}
    \usepackage{fixseminar}
    \usepackage{pdfscreen}
    \usepackage{graphicx}
    \usepackage[scaleuptt,scaleupmath]{tpslifonts}
    \usepackage[darkbackground]{texpower}

The problem is I want to increase the font size. Well, I don't want to 
use some local formating commands such as \Huge and so on. At the 
present time, I solve the problem using a dirty trick that I setted the 
paper size to A5 so then in the full screen view by Adobe Reader it's 
look bigger.

I am not quite sure whether this is a texpower problem or a LaTeX 
matter, sorry if it is a LaTeX matter.
