This is a LaTeX matter. Neither texpower nor tpslifonts changes the size
of the fonts in the class you are using. I recommend using a presentation
class (for example foils which support 17, 20, 25 and 30 pt) or if
you insist on using article use extarticle which supports 14, 17 20 pt in
addition to the standard sizes of article.

PS! There are plenty of other presentation classes (prosper, beamer ...)
I just happen to like foils.
