Documentation, CTAN and new release

Happy New Year to all of you!

Some of you might have noticed that the CVS version is much more advanced 
than the released version 0.0.8g. And maybe you also wonder why TeXPower 
isn't available on CTAN?

The answer to both questions is outdated / incomplete documentation. I 
plan to update the documentation now in January and need your help. 
(Particularly from people using the most current version from CVS.) If you 
have any corrections, suggestions or additions to the manual/documentation
