I guess you haven't read your e-mail yet since you haven't supplied a minimal
example... Anyway, below is a minimal example where the printout is OK:

\documentclass[a4paper,12pt]{article}
\usepackage[darkbackground,printout]{texpower}
\begin{document}
\parstepwise{
\dstep{One} \dstep{Two} \dstep{Three}
}
\end{document}

----

Please make a minimal example showing your problem.
