--Boundary_(ID_nQOtKkTrqGoufv6MauxluQ) Content-type: text/plain Content-transfer-encoding: 7BIT Dear Hans, I include a small LaTeX-file, which produces nearly the right results for me. But I've got three questions: 1) the texpower documentation says that hyperref can produce spurious vertical space, therefor the package fixseminar should be loaded after hyperref. I've done so, but I still find the spurious space; what else can I do? 2) (La)TeXing the file produces a .dvi-file, which can be perfectly viewed by xdvi or so. Postprocessing this .dvi-file leads to a .ps-file, which is upside down oriented; if I start my viewer I have to turn the view accordingly. Is there any method to avoid this behaviour? 3) In the example file there are 7 step commands producing with the introducing text 8 steps, but step no. 7 and 8 give no new contents. I forced producing only 6 steps by setting the counter totalsteps to 6, which gives the right result. Is there a better method to produce no redundant steps? By the way, I think there should be a hint in the docs about producing and avoiding such redundant steps Happy TeXing Jobst -- Prof. Dr. Jobst Hoffmann Tel: (0049)-2461-99-3159 Fachhochschule Aachen Abt.
