[ANNOUNCE] Package to manage color sets.

Hi to everybody,

In order to simplify the typesetting of my TeXpower presentations, I have 
build a few high level commands to manage colors in TeXpower dynamical 
lists. The main improvement in comparison with the existing color scheme of 
TeXpower is that the user is able to build color sets that can be used 
through generic color names when writing macros or entering text.

Note that the package can be used without TeXpower, though there is less 
need for it.

Colorsets.sty can be particularly useful to design dynamical lists with 
more than one color on one line.

At the moment, the documentation for the user is written in french, but the 
code is highly documented in english... so that many people should be able 
to understand how to use it.

This package aims to facilitate the use of color/colour sets. Color sets
appear, for example, in dynamical presentations. In this case, some elements
on the screen should be displayed in different colors at different times. This
package helps to put these different colors in a set. This package should also
help to quickly change all the colors of a document, for example, to switch
from a screen presentation on dark background to a slide presentation with
light background. It could also help to switch from a colored version to a
black and white one.

To install starting from the DTX file, run LaTeX on colorsets.dtx, then 
follow the detailed instructions in the file readmeCS.txt that is created. 
You should then process colorsets.ins. If you are not familiar with this 
way to install package, just unzip the ZIP file and forget about this last 
paragraph.

IN ANY CASE, DON'T FORGET TO REBUILD YOUR DATABASE (mktexlsr, or equivalent).

Please feel free to comment about colorsets.sty and to propose some color 
sets to be included as examples.
