Hi, you should have removed all packages that aren't needed. If you don't
know - do it by trial and error. Your (main) problem is that you are using
the \psframebox command together with pdflatex - that doesn't work!
pdflatex doesn't accept post script - which is used in the command
\psframebox - read "post script frame box".

PS! Don't load graphicx and epsfig. Use only graphicx and the command
\includegraphics for including graphics :-)
