Problem with foiltex and texpower

Hello:

I am foiltex and texpower in a document:

I have two questions:

1) Why am I getting the following error?  I am using the latest version 
of texpower in cvs.  If  I remove the texpower packing, error goes away.

! LaTeX Error: Command \hpagecolor already defined.
               Or name \end... illegal, see p.192 of the manual.

2) How do I get foiltex to generate a page number for me?  Here is what 
I mean:

A) This is the first foil in the document.
 \foilhead{Table of Contents}
 \toplink{whatis}{Parallelization and Parallel Speedup \dotfill Page xxxx}

B) This is the second foil in the document.
\foilhead{Parallelization and Parallel Speedup}
\toptarget{whatis}
blah, blah, blah

I have to fill in by hand  the value of xxx.  When one has the \section 
command, this can be done with \tableofcontents.  

There's gotta be a trick for this.
