chrony gpsd / pps raspberriy Pi4

Hi

i have a similar setup on 2 PI4 (one is a regular PI4 one is a PI4CM 
with IO board) both were running fine over longer period but now it was 
time to upgrade OS (to Deb Bookworm) and now one of them is running like 
normal but the other one:

btw: i have a similar problem with 2 DCF77 receivers under ubuntu 24.04 
.... on is running perfect the other one is like the  pps clock here
