Adding default tool

Hi again

I've got further now. The next problem can be handled in the
project's recipes, but IMO it shouldn't need to. The problem
is that default.aap find msvc (actually the Open Watcom clone,
but anyway ...) and since it is listed first, it becomes the
default tool and since it is the default tool, it tries to compile
my D files which isn't possible. Which means that that tool will try
to compile whichever language is thrown at it, even if some other
compiler present actually knows how to compile it.

If someone hints at a possible solution, I might look into it.
