It took me a little while to figure out what "inonego" means.
In-one-go! It's not obvious... Can we think of a better term?
Otherwise it's good to see this implemented and tested.
I now notice that the docs for :program, :dll and :lib repeat quite a
bit of text. You add the explanation for {inonego} in three places.
That's not good for maintenance. Perhaps we can put this in one place
and refer to it?
